Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make executable the output stabilizing control and necessary variable output control without providing a resistor for detecting increase of current and a measure for discharge to an off-control circuit, by controlling on period of a main switching element depending on the charging time of a capacitor for off-control.
SOLUTION: A self-excitation resonance type inverter circuit is composed of a drive circuit 11, a DC/AC converting circuit 12, an on-control circuit 13 and an off-control circuit 14. Here, the off-control circuit 14 is provided with the off-control capacitor Q141 which is charged via a feedback coil L13d energized depending on a drain current of the main switching element FETQ12 of a DC/AC converting circuit 12. The on-period of FETQ12 is controlled depending on this charging time and FETQ12 is turned OFF when the ON period has passed. As a result, the ON-OFF operation of FETQ12 can be controlled without providing a resistor for detecting increase of the drain current of FETQ12 to easily execute the output stabilizing control and variable output control.
