Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve efficiency by simple constitution by supplying the base currents of a switching transistor by a current transformer and mainly using voltage generated in a winding for the transformer for the ON-OFF of a switching element.
CONSTITUTION: The base currents of a switching transistor 11 are fed to a switching transistor 11 from a secondary winding for a current transformer 17, a primary winding thereof is connected in series with the switching transistor 11. An NPN transistor 20 as a switching element is connected in series with the secondary winding for the current transformer 17, and the NPN transistor 20 is turned ON-OFF by voltage generated in the winding for a conversion transformer 12.
