Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation wire having a fusion layer as an outermost resin coating layer, capable of being strongly fastened to a target contacting an outer periphery of the fusion layer, wherein the fastened fusion layer can stably maintain rigid fastening state even exposed to high temperature environment, hardly generating insulation breakage even exposed to high temperature environment for long time, a coil using the insulation wire and an electric and electronic device using the coil.SOLUTION: There are provided a self-fusing insulation wire having a thermosetting resin layer on an outer periphery of a conductor with a rectangle cross section and having a fusion layer consisting of a thermoplastic resin on an outer periphery of the thermosetting resin layer, wherein the thermoplastic resin constituting the fusion layer has no melting point and tensile elastic modulus at 250°C is 0.9×10to 1.2×10Pa, a coil consisting of the insulation wire and an electric and electronic device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
