PURPOSE: To improve various properties and make favorable soldering possible by laminating two kinds of specific fusing paint via an insulation film over a conductor and baking them.
CONSTITUTION: A fusing paint is made by adding 25 - 100 weight parts of phenoxy resin of molecular weight of 30,000 - 50,000 and 10 - 20 weight parts of a thermoplastic polyurethane resin to 100 weight parts of bromized epoxy resin of the molecular weight of 10,000 or more and containing 10 - 35 weight % of bromine, and dissolving them in an organic solvent. The fusing paint is applied via a solderable polyester imide based coating film of the heat-proof division of F or higher or thermal softening temperature of 250°C or higher on a conductor and baked. Another fusing paint is made by adding 10 - 40 weight parts of phenol resin and 1 - 7 weight parts of an aliphatic ester containing compound of the molecular weight of 500 - 1,500 and containing S atoms to 100 weight parts of multi-component copolymer polyamide containing 12-nylon in monomer state, dissolving them in an organic solvent, and adding and dispersing 10 - 20 weight parts of an inorganic compound. The paint is further laminated on the conductor and baked to provide a self-fusing magnet wire capable of performing soldering of high resistance against thermal and humidity deformation, less dimensional change after heating and forming, and less film separation.
