Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved self-loading peristaltic pump device with a disposable treatment element easy to attach or detach.
SOLUTION: The self-loading peristaltic pump device supports a pump bearing ring 296 and a roller 300 for receiving a tube loop and has a pump rotor 298 and a driving mechanism for rotating the rotor in the pump bearing ring, and it also has a roller arrangement mechanism for operating the pump roller between a retracting position of non contact with the received tube loop 134 and a position at least partially protruding into the pump bearing ring for operational contact with the received tube loop. At least one tube guide element 304 supported by the rotor has contact with the received tube loop 134 for operating the tube loop in the pump bearing ring during the rotation of the rotor in the state of the roller being in retracted arrangement.
