SELF-LOCK CLUTCH
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010101421
Kind Code:

Abstract:

To provide a self-lock clutch capable of positively locking itself with a reduced number of parts.

This self lock clutch includes: an output shaft 2 screwed to an input shaft 1 rotating around a rotating central axis L, relatively moves with the input shaft 1 at a prescribed stroke, and integrally rotates with the input shaft 1 at both ends of the stroke; a restraining member 3 pivoted to a stationary member, swings on a surface along the rotating central axis L, and engages/disengages with/from the output shaft 2; a neutral return means for biasing the restraining member 3 to a neutral state engaged with the output shaft 2; and a slider member 4 that slidably engages with the outer surface of the output shaft 2 and follows the movements of the output shaft 2 along the stroke direction, restrains the restraining member 3 to the neutral state when the output shaft is positioned at places other than both ends of the stroke, and allows the swinging of the restraining member 3 in the rotating direction of the input shaft 1 when the output shaft is positioned at both ends of the stroke through the rotation of the input shaft 1.
