Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-lubricating composite capable of obtaining required strength while adjusting a mixing ratio of a solid lubricant, such as a molybdenum disulfide (MoS), to 60 mass% or more, and a rolling bearing using the self-lubricating composite.SOLUTION: The self-lubricating composite includes 60- 80 mass% of a molybdenum disulfide (MoS), 0.1-2 mass% of at least one of copper (Cu) and nickel (Ni) and the remainder of niobium (Nb) and iron (Fe). The rolling bearing uses the self-lubricating composite.
