Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self lubricating insulated wire which has an insulation layer with a smooth surface and good smoothness to meet higher speed of winding the wire and increase of an occupation rate in recent years and prevent degradation of characteristics of the wire caused by aging and moisture absorption and has a good appearance and stability of an insulation paint for forming the insulation layer.
SOLUTION: The self lubricating insulated wire is formed from the insulation layer coated with insulating coating on a conductor directly or via other insulation layers and baked. The insulating coating contains at least one wax composition selected from a) a polyalkyleneglycol or/and a derivative and b) a natural wax and a polyolefin wax.
