Abstract:

To provide a self-output type radiation detector having higher sensitivity and wider range of applicability than before.SOLUTION: A self-output type radiation detector 1 includes a metal emitter 11 and a metal collector 13. The collector is formed of at least two layers so as to sandwich the emitter 11. The collector 13 and the emitter 11 are electrically insulated from each other. Further, an emitter 11B, an internal collector 101B, and an insulating material 12B are shaped as an integral plate, and a spiral shape is established by being wound by a plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
