Abstract:
The present invention provides a host position correction device of a mobile body, the device making it possible to reduce the amount of computation involved when searching for a landmark. This host position correction device of a mobile body comprises a camera unit provided to the mobile body, a detection unit that detects whether the mobile body has entered a specific region, and a landmark search unit that searches for a landmark from an image captured by the camera unit when it is detected by the detection unit that the mobile body has entered the specific region. Comprising the above feature makes it possible to reduce the amount of computation involved when searching for a landmark.
