Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct battery back-up easily and permanently without depending upon the maximum capacity of a battery, by interrupting a self-power supply when there is a residual time from the time difference of a storage section at the time of the closing of the self-power supply by a timer counter section, and performing normal power supply operation when there is not residual time. SOLUTION: Whether or not a self-power supply is connected by the time-out of a timer counter section 131 is monitored, and whether or not a residual count remains in the count storage region of a memory section 113 is confirmed when the self-power supply is connected. Electricity is conducted for a time required for the recharge of a battery when the residual count remains, a time (a count value) required up to the connection of the power supply for recharge after the completion of recharge is registered in the timer counter section 131, and the self-power supply is interrupted. Operation is transferred to processing at the time of normal power supply operation when the residual count value of the count-value storage region is 0. Accordingly, a timer can be set without depending upon the capacity of the battery by the addition of a software automatic recharging function.
