The above problem can be solved by providing a structure wherein a thrust receiving member 31 of two thrust receiving members 31, 32 slidable comes into contacts with a bearing 30 between a pump casing outer wall and a shaft body of a pump runner, the other thrust receiving member 32 slidable comes into contacts with the bearing 30 between a separation body and the shaft body of the pump runner, the thrust receiving member 31 does not come into contact with a pump casing outer wall and the other thrust receiving member 32 does not come into contact with a pump cover inner wall when a support shaft 9 is gripped and fixed between the pump casing and the pump cover by integrating the pump casing and the pump cover after a D-cut-form part side of an end side of the support shaft 9 is inserted into a D-cut-form fitting hole provided in the pump casing and another end side of the support shaft 9 is inserted into a cylindrical recessed part provided in a pump cover inner wall surface.
