PURPOSE: To increase quantitative evaluation and simplify an apparatus by providing a guide member having a self-priming port of filler and a discharge port located at the tip of a free piston; a flange on a midway part; and a driver which reciprocates a rod in a cylinder and can vary filling density by driving power adjustment.

CONSTITUTION: A flange 32 fixed on a midway part of a rod 29 is pushed toward right by a driver 33, to have pasty cosmetic material located on the right of a free piston 27 discharged into a main filling device B from a discharge port 34b. And at the same time, new pasty cosmetic material is sucked into a cylinder 26 from a self-priming port 34a by the suction of the free piston 27. Then, when the rod moves to the left, a guide member 31 comes into contact with the free piston 27 as soon as the flange 32 comes off the free piston 27. If the rod 29 further moves to the left, the pasty cosmetic material passes by a center hole 27a of the free piston 27 and flows into the right side of the hole 27a. The same action is repeated subsequently. By adjusting driving power of the driver 33, filling density can be freely changed.
