Abstract:
To provide a self-propelled multiple spindle dolly that can effectively transport a short-height heavy structural object.SOLUTION: A dolly 10 includes a pair of transportation carriages 11, 12 and a power source 2 having a controller 2c. The dolly 10 further includes a pair of transverse beam members 3, 3 and hydraulic cylinders 4 as plural hoisting means. The pair of transportation carriages 11, 12 are arranged at a predetermined interval, plural wheels 1w are provided at lower portions of frames 1f to be continuously formed therewith. The wheels 1w can be independently driven from each other. The power source 2 having the controller 2c can steer the plural wheels 1w by using a remote controller. Opposite ends of each of the transverse beam members 3 are fixed to upper portions of a pair of frames 1f, 1f. The hydraulic cylinders 4 can lock and retain a heavy structural object St by a lineal member Lm such as a chain or a wire to ends of piston rods 4r.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
