Abstract:
To provide a self-propelled seat chair that facilitates transferring from a laid futon to a tatami mat, enables setting feet in the inside of a fire place and under a low table, facilitates transferring to a western-style toilet seat, and enables traveling in the interior of a room as being in a seated position.SOLUTION: A self-propelled seat chair includes a seat surface, lifting/lowering means for lifting and lowering the seat surface, a base installing the lifting/lowering means, driving motors for turning the traveling wheels arranged in the right and left ends of the base, and a control unit for controlling the lifting/lowering means and the driving motor. The self-propelled seat chair solves a problem in which the driving motor is attached every each of the left/right traveling wheels, and the rotating direction, rotational speed or stop are controlled every each of the left/right driving motors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
