Abstract:
Disclosed are a self-resetting damper using a wedge-shaped sliding block to realize friction energy dissipation, and a manufacturing method for the self-resetting damper. The damper comprises a wedge block group, a bottom plate screw rod, a first shape memory alloy rod and a second shape memory alloy rod, wherein first mounting hole sites are correspondingly provided in a first wedge-shaped block and a second wedge-shaped block; a second mounting hole site and a third mounting hole site are respectively correspondingly provided in a third wedge-shaped block and a fourth wedge-shaped block; the first shape memory alloy rod passes through the second mounting hole site; the second shape memory alloy rod passes through the third mounting hole site; the first shape memory alloy rod and the second shape memory alloy rod are parallel to each other; and the bottom plate screw rod passes through the first mounting hole sites, is perpendicular to a plane formed by the first shape memory alloy rod and the second shape memory alloy rod and is located between the first shape memory alloy rod and the second shape memory alloy rod. The self-resetting function of the damper is realized by means of the high restoring force of the first shape memory alloy rod and the second shape memory alloy rod.
