PURPOSE: To provide a front component having heat insulating performance, sound insulating performance, and preventing an electromagnetic wave from reflecting by fixing two self-retention layers constituted of fiber reinforced concrete to an intermediate insulating layer including no metal by nonmetal fixing means.

CONSTITUTION: A load support layer 1 and a surface layer 2 are constituted of fiber concrete including no metal and firmly joined with each other by an insulating layer 3 or an intermediate layer of porous fiber material. Shoulder parts 5 are formed in the surface layer 2 and the load support layer 1 joined therewith by offsetting the height mutually, projecting a clearance between two layers, and extended horizontally and the respective shoulder parts 5 are stacked together so that the dead weight of the surface layer 2 passes through the insulating layer 3 and positioned in the shoulder part of the load support layer 1. These layers are perforated in some positions and a fiber reinforced plastic anchor 4 is fixed therein so as not to be detached. This constitution enables to be used for the construction in a region operating a radio wave-guide system.
