To enable a vehicle to run with semi-permanent propulsive force generated with magnetic force and gravity or permanently generate the power by converting such propulsive force to a rotating force which may be used as various driving forces as a motor.
As a basic structure, a movable magnet disc (14) which is restricted with an estimated center line (2) of a fixed magnet orbit (9) and also can move on such center line is structured. Moreover, the narrowest portion (7) of the fixed magnetic orbit (9) is allocated at an adequate position in the side where the movable magnet (16) moves upward as a weight or distributed to the composite circumferential edge so that the movable magnet surface (17) of the movable magnetic disc (14) entirely reacts to generate gravity acceleration. Thereby, permanent movement can be realized with such gravity acceleration.
