Title:
SELF-STANDABILITY EVALUATION DEVICE AND EVALUATION METHOD OF CEMENT-BASED MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2021006767
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To evaluate self-standability of a cement-based material used for a 3D printer in a real application by a simple method using a compact size device.SOLUTION: A self-standability evaluation device comprises: a placement member 10 on which a test piece 60 of a cement-based material, equivalent to at least one layer portion of a laminated structure, is placed; a loading member 20 abutting on an upper part of the test piece 60 placed on the placement member 10; a weight 30 for applying a load to the loading member 20; and a displacement magnitude measurement device 40 arranged on the side of the test piece 60 placed on the placement member 10, and for measuring a displacement magnitude of the test piece 60 when the test piece is displaced toward the side. The test piece 60 of the cement-based material, equivalent to at least one layer portion of the laminated structure, is placed on the placement member 10, the loading member 20 is made abut on the upper part of the test piece 60 placed on the placement member 10, the weight 30 is placed on the loading member 20 to apply a load to the test piece 60, and the displacement magnitude is measured when the test piece 60 placed on the placement member 10 is displaced toward the side, so as to evaluate the self-standability of the cement-based material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
