Title:
SELF-STANDING TYPE STOCKER PALLET
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06219555
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To hold plural pieces of stacking layers freely in response to externals of parts or the like in size of a specified range, or to make them deliverable piece by piece from the uppermost part by installing plural pieces of holding levers so as to expand or contract then with one another, on a supporting base plate capable of being attachable to any device and vice versa in order to make any work of all sizes holdable.

CONSTITUTION: A stocker pallet A is properly attached to an optimal position on a machine frame B for various devices through part of a supporting base plate 1 with screws and suchlike. First of all, in advance of housing a work, when a piece of this work is gently placed in space among three holding levers 12, 12, 12 and an adjusting ring 5 is rotated clockwise, these levers 12, 12, 12 so far positioned apart with one another at the outset move inward mutually by movements of a cross part between cam holes 14, 14 and guide grooves 9, 9, owing to rotation of a cam plate 13, whereby these holding levers are circumscribed to the work. At this time, the adjusting ring 5 is clamped tight. If the initial setting is finished, an unworked or machined work is housed in a part surrounded by these holding levers 12, 12, 12 after being stacked in piles in the vertical direction.
