To provide a self-supporting type automatic, universal and comfortable care bed by having automatic functions of human body washing, rising and knee bending posture control, hip part vertical light movements, air conditioning, dehumidification, far infrared heating and sauna, having a supine posture rehabilitation support system function, and by inventing regularly worn underwear that deals with bathing and toilet.

A bed upper surface part is made of a highly elastic silicone rubber sheet 31, and a mat and a hinge-connected five-way split human body support structure are installed to the lower part. A toilet function part in an inverse conical shape is formed by rubber sheet stretching, the mat and a hip support structure, and an electric ball valve and a small-sized toilet 33 with a bottom washing function are installed to the lower part. By lowering the hip support structure, a toilet, shower, bathing, rising and knee bending posture and a roughly inverse trapezoidal large bathtub by rubber sheet stretching are formed. Also, a one-side spring-up type dome with air conditioning is installed. Further, underwear with an excretion release hole in a swimming suit specification is worn. Thus, the automatic comfortable care bed is constructed, and a multifunction mounting unit for minimum fatigue supine posture viewing and television operations, etc., is installed.
