PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved process for detecting and determining a nucleic acid sequence.
SOLUTION: The process comprises the syntheses of a single-stranded RNA, a single-stranded DNA and a double-stranded DNA, and the subsequent detection of an objective nucleic acid sequence by using an electrochemilumiluminescent labeled binding species.
