To provide a self-traveling conveying truck with less number of parts and a simple structure capable of performing change in a traveling direction of the conveying truck by rotating only the truck without changing a direction of an article placed on a baggage placement base.
In the self-traveling conveying truck 1, on the truck 3 having two traveling drive wheels 2 provided opposed to each other, the baggage placement base 4 of the article is relatively rotatably provided making a vertical shaft 17 provided below the baggage placement base as an axis. On a lower end of the vertical shaft 17, an engagement member such as a locate pin 20 descending by a hydraulic cylinder (lifting means) 19, engaged with a floor and suppressing rotation of the baggage placement base 4 is provided.
