A vibration sieve 14 having feed function equipped with upper and lower sieves 52, 53 is attached to a car body 1 and a raw material having the max. particle size not passing through the upper sieve 52 is supplied to a crusher 10 to be crushed. The raw material having a medium particle size passed through the upper sieve 52 is discharged to the outside of the car body by a second chuter 63 and the raw material having the min. particle size passed through the lower sieve 53 is discharged to the outside of the car body by a second chuter 80.
