Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-traveling soil improvement machine capable of further enhancing workability for the input of soil and the dischargeability of improved soil.
SOLUTION: The self-traveling soil improvement machine comprises a body frame 7 disposed approximately horizontally; a hopper 12 provided on one longitudinal side of the body frame 7; a soil improver feeder 19 for adding a soil improver to the soil discharged out of the hopper 12; a mixing device 23 disposed so that its inlet 26 for soil and the soil improver is lower than its outlet, for mixing the input soil and soil improver to produce the improved soil and transfer it toward the other longitudinal side of the body frame 7; and a discharge conveyor 39 extending to the other longitudinal side of the body frame 7 for discharging the improved soil generated by the mixing device 23 out of the machine.
