Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable easy recycling of ferrous crushed pieces with a self-traveling type crushing machine which destroy buildings and crushes the remains, etc., of the buildings on site by discharging the crushed pieces crushed by the crushing machine outside a car body with a discharge conveyor and removing the ferrous crushed pieces of a magnetic separating machine during the course of discharge thereof.
CONSTITUTION: The crushing machine 3 is mounted near one side in the transverse direction of the car body 1 having a pair of right and left traveling bodies 2 and a driving source 4 to be covered by a cover body 5 is mounted in the position near the other side. A hopper 6 is located in the upper part thereof. The discharge conveyor 7 is freely vertically oscillatably mounted between a pair of the right and left traveling bodies 2 and the magnetic separating machine 8 is disposed in a part above this discharge conveyor 7. A vibration type screen 9, a secondary belt conveyor 10 and a ternary belt conveyor 11 are installed on the ground on the discharge side of the discharge conveyor 7. The magnetic separating machine 8 is constituted by winding a magnetic belt 33 around a driving pulley 31 and a driven pulley 32 and removes the ferrous crushed pieces in the crushed pieces which are crushed by the crushing machines 3 and are discharged outside the car body 1 by the discharge conveyor 7.
