A control valve controlling supply of fluid and a control valve controlling discharge of fluid stored in a cylinder are arranged in the fluid cylinder. While flow of fluid passing through the cylinder is controlled by one of the valves, added weight is supported by producing thrust force in the cylinder so that fluid pressure in the cylinder is controlled by other valve. Supplying compressed fluid is effectively used in proportion to various situations since a flowing amount of compressed fluid can be variably controlled by flow control.
