Abstract:
PURPOSE:To protect a high-pressure hose by using a self-distribution valve placed in connection with the outlet of a high-pressure pump of a high-pressure cleaning device, which turns high-pressure water into a tank when a spray nozzle in connection to the high-pressure pump stops emmision of water. CONSTITUTION:A self-distribution valve is applied for a high-pressure washing device. When a high-pressure pump 16 starts operation, with a stop valve 28 of a spray nozzle 27 closed, a pressure induction chamber 2 and the internal of a nozzle high-pressure hose junction 10 become at the same pressure due to shut- off of flowing through a throttle aperture 4. Only a valve element 8 is subjected to a pressure to open. The pressure in the pressure induction chamber 2 to drive a pump 16 reduces up to a half approximately in comparison with a pressure put out from the chamber. When said stop valve 28 is opened under the state, a pressure applied to the piston 3 closes the valve element 8 to release high-pressure water. Water is sprayed from a spray nozzle 27.
