PURPOSE: To obtain a second reproduced image free of deformation and unevenness, by using a toner image before transfer formed on a photoreceptor as a second original.

CONSTITUTION: Third reflective mirror 8 for composing a first exposing apparatus together with exposing lamp 4, first and second reflective mirrors 5, 6 and in-mirror lens 16 is swingably mounted, and fourth reflective mirror 9' for composing the second exposing apparatus together with slit plate 12, exposing lamp 13, first, second, and third reflective mirrors 14, 15, 17, and in-mirror lens 16 is used in common together with mirror 9. An electrostatic latent image is formed on the photoreceptor 8 surface charged with charger 22 by scanning of the first exposing apparatus, and developed with developing unit 10. Using the developed image as the second original, the photoreceptor 8 surface is exposed with the second exposing apparatus to form a new static image. The toner image formed on the surface of photoreceptor 8 having a guaranteed plane is used as the second original, permitting the second reproduced image free of deformation and unevenness.
