PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selling article settlement terminal and a commodity consumption limit date notification system capable of notifying a consumption limit date etc. of a commodity to commodity purchase customers.SOLUTION: The selling article settlement terminal includes: a data temporary storing section that temporarily stores a piece of information relevant to a commodity as a settlement object extracted from selling commodity information and a piece of information relevant to a customer of a settlement object extracted from sales customer information; a purchase amount calculation section that calculates the settlement amount of settlement object commodities stored in the data temporary storing section; a transaction data creation section that creates a transaction data as a transaction data including a commodity consumption limit date data of the settlement object commodities; and a transaction data acquisition section that acquires the created transaction data.
