Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an amount of dead stock of discount merchandises at a retail store.SOLUTION: A selling support system is configured so that: when a store server 120 refers to a merchandise DB 130 and determines that it is predetermined discount time, acquires determined merchandise ID and discount price from the merchandise DB 130, notifies a mobile terminal 150 of a clerk of the acquired merchandise ID, discount price, and arrangement information for instructing re-sticking of a label 30 on which the discount price is printed, notifies a computer of a customer 10 of the merchandise name and discount price of the discounted merchandise, and when receiving an advance order of a designated merchandise from the computer of the customer, sends an instruction of re-sticking a label which indicates sold with a customer ID to the designated merchandise, to the mobile terminal 150, for subtracting a stock amount of the merchandise DB 130 of the designated merchandise.
