Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add data peculiar to a user to a database on the market by executing a data processing instruction through the use of an encoding table name/item name, accessing to fixed/non-fixed databases and executing a data processing.
SOLUTION: In a data dictionary for branch office 7 and a data dictionary for whole office 8, the encoded table name/item name and a table name/item name which are not encoded and that the user can understand are defined as objects. The data processing systems 9a, 9b,... of clients 4a, 4b,... retrieve the data dictionary for branch office 7 and the data dictionary for whole offices 8 on the table name/item name that a branch office user inputs and which are not encoded, substitute the pertinent encoding table name/item name for an argument in a program and execute the data processing instruction. Information that the user desires can be retrieved and worked from the non-fixed database for branch office 5 and a database for whole office 6.
