Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a structure of a semi-PC plate for enhancing an integrity with a post-placed concrete in a more simple manner.
CONSTITUTION: A concrete material 2 mixed with short fibers 3 having a specific gravity smaller than that of the concrete material 2 is placed in a molding form 1 and compacted under vibration, whereby the short fibers 3 are floated on the upper surface of the concrete material 2. After that, the fibers are erected before the concrete maternal 2 is completely hardened. After the concrete material, 2 us hardened, the concrete material. 2 is subjected to a sand brast treatment. In this manner, a state of mixing projected fibers 3A with net-form fibers 3B is revealed.
