Abstract:
To provide a semi-solidified forging molding device for multi molding capable of performing quantitative control of a plurality of cavities during multi molding and molding a product excellent in physical property because constant pressure can be maintained.SOLUTION: A semi-solidified forging molding device for multi molding is provided, including: a lower mold including a plurality of cavities formed at constant intervals with a constant amount of molten metal filled in upper surfaces thereof, and a horizontal groove which is formed on the upper surface between adjacent cavities among the plurality of cavities and quantitatively controls the amount of the molten metal filled in the plurality of cavities; an upper mold including a plurality of punch parts for pressurizing the molten metal filled in the plurality of cavities during fitting with the lower mold, and a pressurizing projecting portion formed at a position corresponding to the horizontal groove of the lower mold in the lower surface so as to pressurize the molten metal filled in the horizontal groove during fitting with the lower mold; and a main cylinder for lifting and lowering the upper mold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
