Abstract:
To provide a semiconductive roller suitable to be used for an electrophotographic member in which changes in the resistance due to the environmental changes are significantly suppressed.
The semiconductive roller consists of a metal supporting member, a semiconductive elastic layer formed on the peripheral surface of the supporting member, and a surface layer consisting of one or more layers formed on the peripheral surface of the elastic layer. The semiconductive elastic layer contains inorganic metal salts and polyoxyethylene compounds.
