Abstract:
To provide a semiconductor circuit substrate wherein the radiation of an electromagnetic wave noise is reduced.
This semiconductor circuit substrate 1 comprises a silicon substrate 2, and a stub 4 is provided on a conductor pattern 3 formed on the silicon substrate 2. One end of the stub 4 is connected to the conductor pattern 3 constituting a power supply or a grounding line, the other end thereof is opened, and the length L of the stub 4 is equal to 1/4 or not more than 1/4 of the wavelength at the frequency of the electromagnetic noise produced by a semiconductor device 5 etc.
