Abstract:
To provide a semiconductor device and a control method of the semiconductor device that can reduce static power consumption.SOLUTION: A power supply control signal control unit 21 notifies multiplexers 25 and 26 disposed in a power supply domain A and a power supply domain B, respectively, of a selection path during system activation according to setting of a FLASH 20. The multiplexers perform communication between the power supply domain A and the power supply domain B using the path instructed by the power supply control signal control unit 21. Counter values output from a delay monitor 16 disposed in the power supply domain A and output from a delay monitor 17 disposed in the power supply domain B are compared. Here, the counter values change according to supplied voltages, and theoretically are nearly the same values although some errors are included, as long as the supplied voltage values are the same. Thereby, the multiplexers in the power supply domain A and the power supply domain B are notified that a power supply control signal (PWRCTL signal) is 1'b0.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
