Abstract:
To improve ESD withstanding amount in a semiconductor device with a temperature detecting function.
A temperature detecting diode 20 is provided at a position near to a MOS transistor 10. A protective diode 30 in the reverse direction to the temperature detecting diode 20 is connected, in parallel with the temperature-detecting diode 20. A resistor 40 is connected in series with the protective diode 30.
