Abstract:
PURPOSE:To relieve a semiconductor device which fell into malfunction due to the variance of a production process by making substrate voltage in the semiconductor device adjustable. CONSTITUTION:The output circuit of a substrate voltage generation circuit 5 is provided with plural pieces of diodes 6 connected in series in a forward direction for output voltage. Besides, the diodes 1 to 3 for short-circuit connected in parallel for the prescribed number of diodes 6 are provided at one place, at least, as changing the prescribed number of diodes 6, and the diodes 1 to 3 for short-circuiting are short-circuited selectively in a wafer state to adjust the substrate voltage VBB. Thus, by adjusting the number of diodes connected to the output circuit of the substrate voltage in the forward direction, a voltage value of the intger-times as large value as the value of voltage drop per one diode can be used, and the semiconductor device which fell into the malfunction due to the variance of the production process can be redressed.
