Abstract:

To provide a semiconductor device capable of efficiently cutting off a current path at the time of reverse connection when a power supply is reversely connected to the semiconductor device.

A gate of an NMOS transistor 14 is connected to a power-supply terminal 11, a source and a back gate are connected to an internal ground node 17, and a drain is connected to a ground terminal 12. A gate of an NMOS transistor 15 is connected to the ground terminal 12, a source and a back gate are connected to the internal ground node 17, and a drain is connected to the power-supply terminal 11. A power-supply terminal of an internal circuit 13 is connected to the power-supply terminal 11, and a ground terminal of the internal circuit 13 is connected to the internal ground node 17.
