Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit of a semiconductor display device capable of providing a good image which is high-definition, high-resolution, and free from image unevenness; and to provide the semiconductor display device.SOLUTION: A buffer circuit used in a drive circuit of a semiconductor display device is constituted by a plurality of TFTs having small channel widths. The plural buffer circuits are connected in parallel.
