Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of transistors connected to a capacitor.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes a capacitor and a transistor. One electrode of the capacitor is connected to a wire and the other electrode of the capacitor is connected to a gate of the transistor. A clock signal is input to the wire and the clock signal is input to the gate of the transistor through the capacitor. The conductive state of the transistor is controlled by a signal synchronizing with the clock signal and the transistor is set to the on state and the off state repeatedly. Thus, the deterioration in transistor can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
