Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of storing save data when power supply is shut down.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device receiving power supply comprises: a memory unit including a plurality of memory cells capable of storing data; a power source detection circuit detecting the shutdown of power supply; and a capacitor capable of temporarily supplying working voltage instead of power supply when the power supply is shut down. The memory unit includes: a voltage generation unit generating a plurality of write voltages on the basis of the working voltage from the capacitor when the power supply is shut down; and a write circuit for performing data write of save data into the plurality of memory cells on the basis the plurality of write voltages generated by the voltage generation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
