Abstract:
To provide a digital circuit that can be operated normally independently of binary potential included in an input signal.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises an input terminal, a capacitive element, a switch, a transistor, wiring, and an output terminal. The input terminal is electrically connected with a first electrode of the capacitive element. The wiring is electrically connected with a second electrode of the capacitive element via the switch. A gate of the transistor is electrically connected with the second electrode of the capacitive element. One of a source and a drain of the transistor is electrically connected with the wiring. The other of the source and the drain of the transistor is electrically connected with the wiring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
