Abstract:
To provide a semiconductor device in which the maximum applied voltage is relaxed.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device of an embodiment has a first sub-switch and a second sub-switch. In the semiconductor device, one of a first voltage and a third voltage is input to the first sub-switch and one of a second voltage and a fourth voltage is input to the second sub-switch, from the first voltage, the second voltage lower than the first voltage, the third voltage lower than the first voltage, and the fourth voltage lower than the third voltage. When the output from the first sub-switch is output from the semiconductor device, the second voltage is input to the second sub-switch, and when the output from the second sub-switch is output from the semiconductor device, the third voltage is input to the first sub-switch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
