Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the waste of an on-chip amplifier range and power consumption, when a still image is picked up by lowering a driving frequency, against a fact that the driving frequency can be lowered at the time of picking up the still image compared to time when a moving picture is picked up in the case that the moving picture and the still picture, which are accompanied with the multiple functions of a CCD camera, are picked up by the same camera.
SOLUTION: The semiconductor device contains the source follower amplifiers of plural stages, which are constituted of driver transistors 231-23n and load transistors 241-24n. Wiring patterns connecting the source follower amplifiers of the plural stages are provided. From which source follower amplifier in the stage, the wiring pattern for output is to be taken out among the wiring patterns, can be selected as shown by the mark 5.
