Abstract:
PURPOSE: To minimize the saturation time of an I2L and speed its logical operation by constituting a reverse type transistor and a complementary type transistor supplying current to the base therof in planer form on the same semidoncuctor substrate and making common-emitter current amplification factor 1.5 to 4.0 at the upper limit of the operating current of the reverse type transistor.
