PURPOSE: To reduce power consumption by constituting the n-order (n is a natural number) filters of n-set of differential amplifying circuits and ≥n-set of bias circuit cells.

CONSTITUTION: For example, a 3rd order of switched capacitor filter has 3 differential amplifying circuit cells 2-1 and 2 bias circuit cells 1-1 and 6 analog switch cells 7-1, a capacitor cell group 10 and two wiring areas 11. Then the 3 differential amplifying circuit cells 2-1 are connected in cascade by using bias supply lines 5-1, 5-2, 5-3 mutually and one bias circuit cell 1-1 each is arranged to both sides. Bias input lines 3-1, 3-2, 3-3 are connected to the adjacent bias supply lines 5-1, 5-2, 5-3. Thus, the bias voltage is supplied sufficiently by using the two bias circuit cells.
