In the semiconductor display, the first electrode of the first capacitor is electrically connected with first wiring, the second electrode of the first capacitor is electrically connected with the gate of the p-type transistor, the first terminal of the first switch is electrically connected with the gate of the p-type transistor, and the second terminal of the first switch is electrically connected to any one of the first and second terminals of the p-type transistor. The first electrode of the second capacitor is electrically connected with the first wiring, the second electrode of the second capacitor is electrically connected with the gate of the n-type transistor, the first terminal of the second switch is electrically connected with the gate of the n-type transistor, and the second terminal of the second switch is electrically connected with any one of first and second terminals of the n-type transistor.
