Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device that includes a voltage regulator capable of preventing an increase in power consumption.SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit device includes: a voltage regulator circuit that receives voltage from a first external power supply device; and a backflow prevention switch circuit that prevents current from flowing from a second external power supply device to the first external power supply device when using voltage from the second external power supply device as a power supply voltage. The backflow prevention switch circuit includes a switch MOSFET whose back gate is connected to a source so as to prevent current from flowing through the voltage regulator circuit via the back gate.
